Advisory on your request to be registered for the Redesigned TOEIC® Test

We have noted your request to be registered for the Redesigned TOEIC® Test. Please settle your              payment and send all required documents before the deadline (click here to see test dates and corresponding deadlines) either in person at our Makati office, or to the email address             info@toeic-phil.com. 

All Confirmation letters are sent every Friday afternoon and only upon receipt of your complete requirements. Emails sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

The following are the requirements:

TEST VENUE: MAKATI
 

1)      Scanned Deposit Slip: (Bank: Banco De Oro (BDO); Account Name: Hopkins Int’l. Partners, Inc.; Account No: 35300-64879)

a.       For Test Fee (P2,000)

b.        Optional*: Mailing Service to a local Philippine address – P200; or
                          Mailing Service to an International address (US and Asian Countries) – P2000

           Mailing Service to an International address (European Countries) – P2500
* Payment for mailing will not be accepted on the day of the test starting June 1, 2011.

2)      Scanned 2x2 or Passport-size colored picture in JPEG format (not PDF); must be a RECENTLY-TAKEN  PHOTO

Scanned Valid ID:
a.       For Foreigners – Original Passport (no original passport, no test)
b.       For Filipinos –Original Passport, Phil. Driver’s License, SSS ID, PRC ID, or TIN ID
 
TEST VENUE: CEBU or BAGUIO

1)      Scanned Deposit Slip: (Bank: Banco De Oro (BDO); Account Name: Hopkins Int’l. Partners, Inc.; Account No: 35300-64879)

a.   For payment of Test Fee (P2,000) and

b.   For payment of Mailing Service to a local Philippine address – P200; or
                                       Mailing Service to an International address (US and Asian Countries) – P2000, or

               Mailing Service to an International address (European Countries) – P2,500

Note: Payment for mailing will not be accepted on the day of the test starting June 1, 2011.

IMPORTANT: Advisory on QUALITY CONTROL

Hopkins International Partners, Inc. feels that it is responsible to guarantee the quality of every test score before it is released. In some situations examinees may be requested to present themselves to a representative of Hopkins to review their score results. This may include being required to sit for an interview in English.
 
Should Hopkins deem that the test score result is not a true reflection of the examinee’s level of language ability, the examinee may be offered the opportunity to test again in the Philippines, without charge.

Score Reports will not be issued to any examinee refusing to comply with these requests.
