Hopkins International Partners, Inc. is the authorized Philippine representative of the TEST OF
ENGLISH FOR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION or TOEIC®. Hopkins offers daily testing in its
nationwide centers. Hopkins is a founding partner of the Promoting English Proficiency (PEP)
project of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Makati Business Club.
TOEIC® is a recognized global standard for measuring English language proficiency developed by
the Educational Testing Service (ETS) of Princeton, New Jersey. It is represented in at least 60
countries and accepted by respectable institutions such as the Immigration and Naturalization
Service of the United States of America and the Canadian Nursing Board.
